"The thing I like most about being a member of TrainFX is you get different exercises and a program that suits you. I wish I had before and after pictures because my arms are so much better now. I've hardly got any fat at all on my arms, I had the typical bingo wings and my shoulders and back are much stronger as well.
I would suggest that people don't go at it mad at the beginning. I come four times a week, but I would recommend two or three times a week to start with and switch it around. Don't do the same thing every day you come. Doing a different program just keeps your brain interested and it hits different parts of your body."

We are open 7 days a week, from 5 am to 10 pm, every day. Members receive their own fob, so they can let themselves in at any time.
